I just got of the phone with Mrs. Amanda she encouraged me to look into the California's Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) is a set of laws that protects consumers from unfair business practices, fraud, and false advertising. The CLRA outlaws many types of misrepresentation and makes it easier for consumers to pursue legal action for violations.
